  • Named children must a) reside in same household OR b) be the grandchild of the PRIMARY adult. At any point that a listed child turns 18 they will cease to be covered under the membership. Third adult listing generally used by households who plan to send children with a 3rd party and who do not wish to send ID with the child instead.
